Tapping head technique

Heres a technique i came up with last night. Also one reason i believe so many people have trouble with lucid dreaming is because they don't create their on techniques. So if yer having trouble really think about how to get lucid and outside of the box. anyways

Heres the technique
1.before bed situp right or lay down doesent matter
2.using your fingers tap your head while strongly visualizing becoming lucid, the word lucid, anything to that degree.
3.use special patterns with your fingers get creative
4.do this for at least one minute i did it for 5 and got incredible results
enjoy lucidity

the secret here is the head tapping you dont want to hurt yourself but enough so you notice it lol.

somethings i do to is talk to myself or like make up a song likeimagining a drum beat in my head while thinking of lucidity

tell me how it works if u try it

added later:
this is a little more work but im gona make a song called "lucid lucid" where its me repeating things like "im dreaming im dreaming" "IM lucid Im ucid"but with a catchy drum beat iltry to put that on here

well its liek this i imagine theirs lucidity in my fingers and if i tap my head enough all the places where its a little sore i notice and know thats like lucid energy or lucid everywhere in my mind and then im confident as a motherfuckerr cause im filled with lucid

I love this as well, i cant believe all of this time i havent even tried creating my own technique. I will definitely get creative with that. Cool post!

I did it last night before bed but my recall was total crap today, so I'm not sure if it worked or not

Did it last night, can't say it did anything. If it did do something, then it was add more dreams to my total count for last night. Usually I have about 3 dreams, last night I had 5 long ones, 2 were especially long. It could be due to the tapping, but I doubt it.

I will try again tonight.

I hate to say it, but I think this one is a dud. It's just a different way of getting the idea and feeling into your head. Shouldn't just be swept aside though, this could be very handy for certain people.

I made a sincere effort to do this when i went to bed. I tapped my fingers on my head, made up a neat little pattern, and felt the lucid energy pour into my system. The first dream i recorded last night was this

"I rem being in my room with my sister, im in my comp chair my sis on the bed. All of a sudden i rem that i had a lucid dream earlier in the night. (I dont know if i really had one or not but in the dream i freak out and start to rem all of this stuff i cant rem now.) I get up and grab my computer and open it up getting ready to try and record my lucid. I just rem my mem of the lucid being very purple, like the environment was purple. (I cant help but wonder if i had a super early morning lucid and then this flash is an fa. cant say for sure.)"

I tried tapping again during my WBTB but i wasnt really feeling it, and was kind of going through the motions.

This is a neat idea, but what i like most about it is the idea of lucid energy. Im pretty sensitive to energy from daily meditation practice. Feeling this energy as a lucid aid could be quite productive... I will try the tapping a few more times, but i really look forward to making my own technique, one focused on gathering and storing lucid energy

Hm... I forgot about the whole energy part of it. I just tapped and thought about lucid dreaming, tried to affirm it in my head that I would have one tonight.

Tonight, I will focus more on the lucid energy, pouring into me.

I also forgot about the lucid energy, until the very end. I imagined there being a lump of blue.... gunk in my brain and the tapping would break it, and when it broke, all the energy flowed in my brain.
