It is highly likely likely that you are having many dreams every night (7+), and simply don't remember them. Don't worry, just give it some time. Pay more attention to your sleep, be consistent with your dream journal (even if you can only write down a feeling or fleeting thought upon awakening, its better than nothing), and perhaps repeat a mantra before bed, such as "I will remember my dreams".

There are some great tutorials around here for whatever technique you decide to try. I recommend reading anything you can find on DILD, MILD, and ADA, although if you feel you would like WILD better, give it a try. I also would recommend meditation of any kind to help you focus and be more aware. It has numerous benefits which extend beyond lucid dreaming.
