When I was about 12, I used to have lucid dreams a couple times a week. As a teenager, I had them a couple times a month. Now, I'm 28, and I haven't had a lucid dream in over 2 years! Not for lack of trying, for sure! I take my B complex and Ginko, eat cheese before bed, do reality checks during the day, listen to isochronic and binaural sounds meant to help with OBEs and LDs, write my dreams down when I wake up, wear my Nova Dreamer to bed without taking it off... Nothing seems to work for me. In fact, last night, I did EVERY SINGLE ONE of those steps mentioned, had a dream in which I explained to someone what lucid dreaming is, why it's so cool, and what the function of my Nova Dreamer is, and I STILL didn't "wake up." |
