Wink Made a new alarm - I call it the "Sleep Interupt Alarm (version 2)".

      Hello all,

I edited/made a new mp3 alarm two nights ago and am waking up again, (in case you don't know I've been trying to lucid dream after sleeping for some hours). I still have to retrain my brain to take the plunge and do the WBTB/WILD. Would opening my eyes for a moment help?

It interupts my sleep so I can wake up to do a WBTB. It's not like a mnemonic device that tells me to have a dream.. It just makes a two-tone noise that wakes me up.

Hi Randoman, I should have made it clearer... I just meant that I'm having trouble doing my WBTB after waking up in between dreams. I'm no longer used to doing WBTBs because it has been such a long time since I could wake up in between REM and be aware enough to realise that I'm actually awake. I am now able to realise I'm awake... but I fall asleep instead of doing my WBTB.
