Post is making you alarm clock to earlier going to effect rem?

What i mean is that i've been experimenting with which time to wake up for like 5 days. Sometimes ill put my alarm clock for 3:30, other times it would be for 4:00 i usually wake up at 5 oclock to get ready for school (dont ask). Well im asking if it will mess up my sleep pattern?

I have another question aside from the 1 i just asked: ok, i always go to sleep between 9:30 - 10:30. What do you think i should put on my alarm clock. And can you please give me a straight answer and not beat around the bush? :p
I would appreciate it if you answered both my questions but if you only know one of them its fine. Thx

Lol..... This is awkward. I just figured out i screwed the title. Excuse the grammer. I meant "too early"

We humans dream in approximately 100 minute cycles with dreams increasing in intensity through the night. Five hours (300 minutes) after you normally fall asleep is a good time for your WBTB but 1 hour & 40 minutes or 3 hours & 20 minutes works too. Everyone is different so find out what works for you. Good luck!
