If you would like to be a part of my Dream Project where I try to find out the best lucid dreaming technique, it would make me so happy !

      I will use techniques from:

Robert Waggoner: Gateway to the inner self
Stephen LaBerge: Exploring the world of lucid dreaming
Michael Raduga: The School of out of body experiences

      and everyones favourite... haha

      Nicholas Newsport: Lucidology

DILD and WBTB is a great combination if you're just starting out.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hey noob... I mean newb... err... newbie

MILD is the easiest method out there so if I recommend using this method, preferably tonight!

If you believe you have decent mental rigour then I suggest DEILD too. If you can pull it off correctly, it will take mere seconds for you to transition into a (lucid) dream. More on that in the actual DEILD guide.

      Good luck.
