      Mild question

In mild I know that you have to set your intention to something before going to sleep, either in the morning or at night. And to do this you use visulization and auto suggestion.

But what is it best to set your intention to?
      Realizing that you are dreaming?
      Remembering that you are dreaming?
      Reality checking?

And what mantra do you use?
I used (the next time that I am dreaming, I will realize that I am dreaming)

I use "I will have a lucid dream"
It's short (making it easy to stick in)
      And straight to the point.
And you basically want to say it and BELIEVE and think about the words.

      And do you use visualization?

I personally just say it, but that's what works for me
Alot of people visualise themselves becoming lucid, but I just repeat the mantra. Best of luck!

Visualization works for me. Will it work for you? Try it! Good luck to you.
