I was just 'sleeping' if we can call it that - I had two really nice, but really strong cups of coffee so... no, I'll call it meditating. I was meditating and I decided to turn on my Ipod and listen a bit as I had just bought an Isochronic CD (by Technomind) from iTunes earlier toda-- yesterday. It took a while of listening but about an hour later I began to feel the beginnings of sleep paralysis - and I don't mean the dulled kind of sleep paralysis which stops soon after, it was the real deal kind within which your body feels "electric". |

Hi Arch, |

Yeah you can end up in SP and even start dreaming if you do it at night, but that dream will quickly fade away and it won't be anything good at all, since you won't be in REM |

Honestly didn't know that Matte87. Perhaps rethinking lucid dreaming is a good idea after all, though I still enjoy the challenge of attaining sleep paralysis at night. It also makes me more aware of my non-lucid dreams (I'm at a point where I know that I'm dreaming but I still haven't quite figured out that I can control them). |
