I have this app on my android that can track down my Rem cycle. ( these are my rem cycles: 1:40 - to 1:55 2:55-3:30 3:45- 3:55 4:30- 5:01.). ok so what can i do, knowing my rem cycle. like I know I can wild, but what time do you think I should wake up (based on my Rem Cycle). And also how long do you think i should stay up for. |
