Maybe you woke up from that one? Yeah, probably best to keep getting data for a good week or so and find your optimal times. Wake during one of the later (longer) REM periods after getting 4 1/2 to 6 hours sleep - try to wake right near the beginning of the REM period if you can, and practice WILD technique. Or DEILD, which is like a modified WILD.
