Hi, im pretty sure this is same as WILD, as everytime you eneter any sort of dream you pass through the Alpha state which is about 8-14Hz.

Im very interested in bieng able to reach alpha state when i want but i need some words of advice and guidance from someone exprienced, who knows details and knows how to relax and calm the mind so it can reach 8-14Hz into the alpha state where as your awake n sitting or liying the dream starts to appear and you just jump into it. i have only been able to achieve this a few times when going to sleep, or if i woke up middle of the night and went back to sleep.

iv beent trying the silva methos and some other relaxing methods, weather if it is to breath slowly or count back from 100-1, everything i try at the end i eventually get bored and chat to my self about day to day stuff, so i need to know when i relax what i should, or what i should focus/pay attention to or some sort of guideline to follow which would lower my brain activity while keeping me focused and awake so i can reach alpha state.

i can get reasonably relaxed to the point where i feel muscles on my head or face viberating gently and some strange feelings but thats as far as i can go with out falling sleep or just getting frustrated and saying thats enough.

any advice will be appriciated
