Question for all you DILDers out there?

How often you RC through out a month, and how often do you become lucid per month? Personally I RC about maybe 3 times a month, and I average anywhere between 7-10 LDs. Most of the time when I'm RCing, it's because I already know that I'm dreaming, but I want to double check.

I'm not as good as I used to be, frankly because I got lazy, but when I was having a vivid lucid almost everyday of the week for about a month or so, I was doing between 6-10 at random, even now I still get a good lucid now and then and the past couple weeks I've been doing between 1 and 5 (these are rough estimates). All of my RC's are done impulsively and if no strange situation arises, they're done randomly.

I RC a lot of times throughout a month, probably too many to count haha. Probably over a hundred if I am really focusing on the DILD. But I also pair these with awareness. My count will probably go down as my awareness gets better.

My life became so stressful this year until now. There were months I didn't RC at all. If I RCed (no more than 3 times in a month) I did it just for being curious if I was dreaming some ordinary stuff. The very few LD's I had so far this year (no more than 10 I guess) I already knew I was dreaming and just went on with the dream-those dreams were too obvious to confirm through any RC.

I do atleast 20 a day Lol
In my dreams I become lucid once or twice a week from doing a RC

Most of the time I already become lucid from ADA or mantras then just do a RC to be sure(sounds kinda similar to you)

I pretty much do a RC like 10-15 times a day. It seems to have bled over in my dreams now, so i LD about 1-2 times a week. So to answer your question, in a month i probably RC anywhere between 300-400 times a month. I dunno if that's bad or too much, but i just made a habit to RC and become aware of my surroundings when i do. I probably LD anywhere between 5-10 times a month, but i'm working on different methods to achieve 5-10 every week!

I really don't have any set number or frequency. I just RC whenever something strange in my life happens, or whenever I happen to think about LDing, and the thought of RCing crosses my mind. Could be 3 times a week or 6 times a day.
