Post can i use MILD as a primary method?

plz read this carfully.because if you dont you will not understand what i am talking about

can i use MILD as a primary method.because i heard that if i want to practise DILD as a primary method i have to learn to ADA.i dont have time for that in my daily live.but in the other hand i sleep from 10 to 7 and witch gives me time to practise MILD and WBTB.Sooo if i keep up with MILD every day before bed and after waking up from a dream.will it give the same resulte every time.for example 50% chance that i will have a lucid dream if i use it today.50% if i do it tomorow ......or is it going to be better and better with time.

It doesn't really matter. Pretty much all techniques are independent. You can do whichever one you want, and only one, and still make it. Pick whichever you like, whichever seems easiest. Whatever you heard about having to do a technique to do another one is probably wrong I think. Unless it's WILD, in which case you would probably need to couple it with WBTB, as doing WILD on it's own takes skill and practice.

@Arch He should know it though.

Yeah why not, you can just attempt a MILD and it does work for those who have a good memory.
It's very difficult to pin down what causes you to become lucid with a DILD/MILD which is why I often recommend to try both because they work so well together. So I recommend you try to DILD and MILD to increase your chances.
      Good luck!

Of course it's going to be better and better with time. Lucid dreaming is a skill, and like every skill, the more practice you have with it, the better you get tit. Keep it up, bud.

      this is true.

for help on MILD, i highly recommend this tutorial written by Naiya
      http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/naiyas...50/index4.html

for DILD, daily awareness and everything else, this tutorial (also by Naiya) is very helpful

like these tutorials will tell you, lucid dreaming is all about consistency and practice, as well as certain amount of confidence

      good luck
