"Catch a false awakening every time." by deepsleep results.
So I just saw this thread yesterday and immediately made a poster in Mircosoft Word and posted it on my wall since most of my LDs are based off of false awakenings and school. So I woke up as usual and saw the poster and did a reality check, (I did the nose squeeze thing), and became lucid rather quickly.
One thing notable I did in the dream was stuff my refrigerator full of snacks.
Still couldn't fly or levitate though.
I was really excited that this method worked immediately for me and I look forward to using it a lot in the future.

Congratulations. I always try to reality check right after I wake up to catch FAs. Having a poster to remind you is a good idea.
