Okay, some serious questions. And why am I failing at RC in dreams?

Okay, today, I've had some quite weird dream experiences. It seems that in my dreams, I always question my lucidity, which is good, I guess. But I have one problem.

      Reality Checks don't work!

Literally, the nose plug check doesn't work and I think I actually felt pain by pinching myself! I mean, seriously, what? Could I maybe move while dreaming, so I actually plugged my nose and pinched myself? Could I possibly have a sleep problem that makes me not enter SP? Sometimes, I talk in reality while in dreams. I like, try to talk in dreams and find it incredibly hard, probably because I'm trying it in real world. Maybe since I'm not paralyzed? Would this render my LDs useless? God...
Here is how a scene of my dream went:

I was in my school, and was going to a specific subject, I think language, when I questioned myself if I'm dreaming. I did the two reality checks and they didn't work. I closed my eyes and imagined something happening... and nope, it didn't work. So I just thought it was reality and lost consciousness.

Also, I've had another weird thing. I seemed to have a dream where I was checking dreamviews, and I read that moving your eyes left-right and up-down while trying to WILD can speed up the SP because it mimics your eye movement in REM, and your body thinks you're already sleeping. I went to bed and lied down. I did as it said...
      Suddenly...

      Holy crap! I'm trembling!

I was shaking as if I was entering SP and I saw a bad image of a frog in front of me (I think since I read Mancon's guide which said his first HH was frogs...). But, I really, was... shaking, it was an unknown sensation. I never felt SP. I break-forced through it.

At this point, everything was so weird I actually don't know if I woke up or had a false awakening or just started another dream. However, I know I felt very very weak, whatever it was. I was barely moving myself. I think I RCd and thought I was in reality. Then I tried moving eyes up-down again and it didn't work...

So, any answers to this bunch of questions please?

Try a memory reality check. Retrace your steps for the past few minutes. Can you remember exactly how you got to where you are right now? If you can't you are dreaming. This is more foolproof than the others because dreams are like movies, they jump to the exciting parts and ignore boring unimportant parts like travel. They usually don't eve bother building a false memory because you usually don't use it.

Hi there my friend, I'll try my best to answer your questions so here it goes:

Literally, the nose plug check doesn't work and I think I actually felt pain by pinching myself! I mean, seriously, what?
Ah yes, this is a very common case among us lucid dreamers. Anyways, In certain dreams, some reality checks won't work while others will. For example, the "plug-nose" method will work in dream X but will not work in dream Y. Instead, the "count your finger" method will work in dream Y but not in dream X. Or in other words, certain RCs won't work in certain dreams. I suggest you widen your knowledge or your arsenal of RCs. The more, the better. Some common RCs out there are turning of the light switch, passing your finger through your palm, looking away and looking back at your digital clock, etc. Try reading the Reality Check Article by Demerzel. It contains a handful of RCs.

Could I maybe move while dreaming, so I actually plugged my nose and pinched myself? Could I possibly have a sleep problem that makes me not enter SP?
I just want to clear one thing, you don't have any SP problems my friend. If you are able to sleep, dream at nights, and able to wake up during the morning. Then, you don't have any SP related disorders or flaws. But of course, you might have an SP problem if you often Sleep Walk at night. But as for you, that's less likely the case am I right?

...try to talk in dreams and find it incredibly hard...
Probably a dream quality/stabilization issue. Have you tried stabilizing your dream? Sometimes, the dream's quality affects the things you can do in a dream. So I suggest you try to improve your dream's quality by doing a dream stabilization. There are a lot of dream stabilization techniques out there like rubbing your 2 palms together or shouting "Increase dream quality". I know this is crazy, but try licking any bitter things in your dream or swallowing painful things. This might just activate your voice

      Holy crap! I'm trembling!
Your dream was probably mimicking SP, or in other words, you've experienced what I call a "dream SP". An SP within a dream. I've experienced it before. But, take note that it will not take you to a dream inside a dream. It'll just teleport you to another dreamscape.

Did I miss something or do you need more clarifications? Feel free to ask and hope this helps
