when you get SP just know every think in your surrounding is in your mind and not physical so it cant harm you so you can afford to relax and not care wbout what your seeing, the more worried you are and scared the more terrifying the exprience will be. it is only a representation of whats in your mind. if your calm and happy its imposible for anything terrifying to come in your sight

for good result make sure your last meal contains proteins and amino acids, then before bed have the Choline then when you wake up middle of the night have the glantamind, that will put you in SP, then from there you ca choose to stay there and explore or enter LD
I've read in other threads people who take both at once, what's different with taking choline first and then galantamind? Can you recall more details about how SP comes on with the galantamind? I read that it should be taken as you said in the middle of the night vs when going to sleep because then you don't rest and enter SP, but they made it sound like SP isn't reached the same in the middle of the night if you just get up, take the supplement and go back to bed immediately.

Why do some people also eat and wait 30 min before going back to bed?

I can answer this part now, and the rest after consulting Thomas Yuschak's book.

A Wake Back To Bed is intended to make sure the mind is fully awake and you've let the logic circuits kick in so you have a better chance of being aware when you enter SP again. Some people will even do math or complex problem-solving to activate the logic circuits. Many however (like me) find if they stay up for a half hour or so they can't get back to sleep for hours if at all. I need to just get right back to sleep or I might as well get up for the night.

Also the Glantamind takes like 20 minutes to start to kick in and then increases in effectiveness for some time, and people want to try to enter SP right when it's building to its peak.

I'll take a look at the Yucschak book and come back with the rest soon.

You said in the OP that you've red every thread about Galantamine and every book about it - do you have Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements by Thomas Yuschak? If not you should - anyone taking Galantamine should. Plus all these answers are in the Galantamine + Choline thread. Shame on you...

I knooow, which is why I felt silly reiterating a question already posed but I may have been a tad bit paranoid. (Ok.... very... lol)
I'm very sensitive to any sort of pills/supplements sometimes. For example, Choline Bitartrate felt like it turned me upside down and exploded in my stomach. I have Yuschak's book as well, but he doesn't mention anything about what so many mention in the Galantamine section about SP. As soon as I heard and read endlessly about people's experiences, I couldn't go through with popping the supplements without feeling safer. A little secret I'll share with you all.... I've slept with a pillow over my head because I was afraid of having scary visual SP dream/hallucinations. (Go'head... make fun of me, I deserve it. Lol) I've suffered an ongoing pattern of nightmares of persecution, and I felt like I'd die of a heart attack in sleep if I saw someone IN my room LOOKING at me, since in the nightmares they were always outside trying to get in the house & trying to peek through the windows. (The nightmare was resolved though, and I came to peace with it in the dream realm after about four years of the same ongoing pattern) I don't know why I feared SP so much. Not to endorse ANY KIND of illegal substance use, but depending on where one resides it isn't illegal anyway. I'm very into opening awareness and that whole ordeal, and I ordered Salvia Divinorum for myself to use in a spiritual fashion (from the trusted source and researcher, Daniel Seibert). People have had 'scary' things occur, but I never feared that whatsoever in comparison to SP! That's how much it haunted me for whatever reason. Anyway, sorry about going off on a tangent! That can be a whole other thread in the 'other' section.

I'm going to make a new post on here right away, I finally TRIED THE GALANTAMIND!!!!!!!!! & dreamed endlessly with................ friggin' Gloria Estefan LMAO

So, I finally officially tried the Galantamind! But on its own. I didn't down the two supplements together because I wanted to test to see how the Galantamind felt. I'd already tried the Choline prior to going to bed before, and it did increase my dream recall/vividness.

I followed all that I've read on this forum as advised above. I woke in the middle of the night with the alarm and downed one capsule (4 mg) and tried to immediately lay still to fall back into sleep, but my heart began thumping out of my chest. (I'm a nervous freak of nature and suffer panic attacks, ugh) I was so angry with myself. I tried deep breathing to calm down my heart. I read in the "Advanced Lucid Dreaming" book the it has its peak at 1 hour. Well, I wasn't able to fall asleep till way past one hour after ingesting due to my idiotic nerves
I totally know what you all mean about SP now. I've had vague experiences without this supplement (never ever had SP as a kid, either), but I felt the entering and would try moving my fingers to see if I could. I'm happy to say I had no scary visual SP *BUT* my experience for SP was pathetic. I only got as far as realizing it was very difficult to move my fingers and it didn't seem important enough to try to move. I felt lethargic and heavy. I have vague memory of 'hearing' something but I can't remember what it was.

I didn't enter a LD at all But I did have a very lengthy dream with none other than Gloria Estefan & boats/water. And visiting her mother (??) It had good continuity, and pretty good vividness but I now know for a fact how important combining Galantamind w/ Choline is. I'm already condemning myself for being too much of a chicken, now that I have to wait a couple of days before trying again

I also did wake with a tad bit of a headache. I'm doing as instructed and downing Piracetam.

Conclusion: Quite a bit affected my results. I didn't immediately fall asleep when first going to sleep for the night, and therefore ended up taking it about 3 hours after falling asleep. I slept in, which I could tell also affected the outcome. Last but not least, I didn't take the important concoction of galantamind & choline together, which is the key. Now that I know how galantamind feels on its own, I won't freak out next time and will report back the full effect in two days when I try again!
