Thread: how long did it take you to lose motivation?

I have been at it for about a two months... First lucid was last night, keep at it!

Well, two things have kept me motivated although I guess 3 months isnt a long time trying. First, I keep a really cool dream journal... Leather with a neat symbol on the front. Bought at barnes and nobels if anyone cares... Looks like something a wizard would keep, as I'm a fantasy buff. Also my dreams, although rarely lucid, are pretty cool. I journal every night and recall at least one dream every night. This journal is for posterity. Hey, on the forums you think everyone does this. Not so! Most muggles dont even know about this world or believe it even when you try to tell them. This journal is my journey which proves this stuff is real.

Second, I believe I am getting close to figuring out how to get it to work for me, someone struggling and not a natural. I would love to learn to go lucid almost every night and then help others. Feels like I'm on the forefront of discovery. Everyone on this forum is a pioneer of something the world at large knows nothing about.
