      Question Question About WILDing

      Hi there,

I've not had too many lucid dreams in my life. I want to have them, but I never remember to RC a lot during the day. I've recently become interested in WILDing. The best time I've learned to WILD is during class, after I finish my work. It's generally quiet, so I'll just lay my head down and close my eyes. The voices of my classmates blends together to create the hallucination things, and most of the time I slip into a dream. (Not really a lot of control though, I just watch it. )

Now, onto the question. Would it be easier to WILD if you stay up really late, get really tired, and then go to bed? Once in bed, you focus more on the noises around you and try to induce the hallucinations. I don't really know, but I'm going to test it some, and I would appreciate any positive feedback/information that any of you have.

      Thanks!

      Hi there my friend,
There's this method that usually makes WILDing much more easier. It's called WBTB(wake back to bed). It is a method that is often paired with WILD. The main thing about WBTB is to go to sleep, wake up after 4-6 hours, stay up for a couple of minutes, then attempt to WILD. Try reading the WBTB tutorial to know more additional info. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions

      Thanks for replying.

I have read about the WBTB before, but I was wondering if there was anything that didn't involve waking up early to do it. Sort of like staying up to the point that you are as tired as you are during a WBTB, but skipping the 4-6 hours of sleep.

      Thanks!
