Dream counters dream checks?

I find that the more I dream check my dreams seem to develop counters to them, making it harder to go lucid. I usually do the pinch nose check, but lately I have a really runny nose that makes it hard to tell it I can or can't breathe because of the stuffy nose. Also as soon as I learned about the mirror trick no more mirrors appeared in my dream even thought they used to appear quite often. I can look at my hands and feet and they'll look very normal. Electronics do work and usually send me into another dream that's so strange that I can't help but get caught up in it. Does anyone else have these problems?

yep.. same is happening to me.. Hands seem normal, 5 fingers, i can see the fingerprints, i jump in air do to a RC, then i put my hand near the wall to see if shadow will appear, it does.. i feel the pain.. nose sometimes acts funny.. like you said.. Lights work.. And so on and on..

But the only thing the dream cannot counter is asking yourself, where are you, what are you doing, and what were you doing before..

It varies from dream to dream.. but the only solution is to be aware all the time of your surroundings .. Keep practicing ADA and you will do fine

P.S. had 3 lucid dreams yesterday in a row, with a nose plug RC
