DC's continue to side track me

the last few nights i have been so close to a DILD, i start to notice things are not right and begin to question but then a DC will come from somewhere and they always take my attention away from my questioning and then it continues as a normal dream. i practice ADA as much as i can throughout the day and it has defiantly proven helpful in my journey but its hard to concentrate on ADA when you have to be talking to someone and i think that's my problem but if anyone has a little more back round on this subject it would be much appreciated to get some feedback thnx

DC's can often be annoying in ways like that. It is important to realize that they are only there if you pay attention to them. Ignore them when they get in your way and they will no longer exist. As for ADA: I love the technique as well. I use it as much as possible. It can be hard to keep it up when you're busy, but it is quite like pushups. The first time you won't be able to do it. The next few times neither. But just trying as hard as possible makes you better at it. Eventually, you will suddenly lift of the ground (or be able to continue the ADA in this context). Good luck!

A good rule of thumb is to avoid DC interaction (granted, not easy to do) as it requires processes in the human brain not conducive to a lengthy LD experience.

ADA = All Day Awareness. A very effective technique if I say so myself^^
You can read about it here http://www.dreamviews.com/f49/all-da...gyoshi-113253/

I've had DC's telling me I was dreaming but I still didn't realize it. Don't forget that DC's are projections of your own mind.

Yes, ADA is a splendid technique. I really love it myself. Not only is it very effective, it can also be combined with any other technique. I certainly recommend it.

Here is a link to the original thread on ADA: (CLICK)

I'm not sure what SPA is, unless it stands for Sporadic Awareness Technique, which can be found here: (CLICK)
