DC's can often be annoying in ways like that. It is important to realize that they are only there if you pay attention to them. Ignore them when they get in your way and they will no longer exist. As for ADA: I love the technique as well. I use it as much as possible. It can be hard to keep it up when you're busy, but it is quite like pushups. The first time you won't be able to do it. The next few times neither. But just trying as hard as possible makes you better at it. Eventually, you will suddenly lift of the ground (or be able to continue the ADA in this context). Good luck! |
