When other people are around you. Listen to them. Ponder what they are thinking. Ponder their mood. And be aware of their actions. Seek to understand why people do what they do.

Spend more time alone. Time alone to do nothing. Time to think. To meditate. Stretch and exercise. Slow down.

When your mind is racing. When you feel stressed. Take a few deep breaths.

When given the opportunity to make someone else happier. Do it. Despite what emotions you are feeling. Just do it.

If you have a hard time falling asleep. Lay flat on your back. Take deep breaths with your belly. Just lay still doing it until your body begins to feel relaxed. Then try to fall asleep.
