Well if you fall asleep and wake back up, try not moving and keeping in the same exact position. You can actually trick your body into falling asleep while your mind stays completely conscious which has been a pretty effective lucid dream induction technique for me. I normally do this while counting between a mantra (1, I am dreaming, 2 I am dreaming, 3 I will remember my dreams, etc.)

That way you can effectively keep your mind active while feeling your body going to sleep (starting from your feet) and experience hypnagogic imagery, which can turn into a full blown dream while staying completely conscious. Good luck!

Yepp, a deild is probably the way to go. You may also want to consider attempting wild in the middle of the night or at a nap, might also work better.

Try taking either 5htp or Gotu Kola or both [take them an hour apart perhaps]. And take them with peanut butter or a banana.

When are you having problems falling asleep? When you wake up for WBTB?

Strange as it may sound, I have found FILD extremely helpful at getting me to fall back asleep. And yes, to induce lucids as well lol. But I really like it because it somehow knocks me out. Something about focusing on the movement of your fingers just kills the brain and I fall asleep in seconds.
