I have officially invested about 6-7 hours a day into trying to lucid dream.I have sleep problems now because I get close,but not close enough.Every time I take a break from clearing my mind and watching my dreams form.I either fall asleep or a wave of alertness goes over me.Like I was falling asleep,then woke up.I do this many times a night.The fact I have come from killing someone if they tried to disturb my sleep,to that in less than a week is amazing.I do know when I am toooo tired and need sleep,but then I will start thinking what if I miss my dream.Or you are already just lying here awake,not moving,I can try again.I have not sleep but like 8 hours in the past three days cause I am afraid I will miss the door to WILD.
