      Attempt to WILD

In my last attempt to WILD after one hour and a half I started to feel my hands as only a burden when I breathe, I had some intense physical sensations, but I did not hear anything and I did not saw anything unusual. I was just in the beginning of the WILD or some people do not hear or see anything?

      Not everyone experiences hypnagogic hallucinations.
That being said, when did you try to WILD?
One hour and a half sounds like a horribly long time to get the first sensations of SP.
Did you by any chance try to WILD when you went to sleep?
Because that's kind of a bad idea, because it will indeed take forever to get into SP.

WILD is much easier when you do it after a WBTB or during an afternoon nap.
      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

I tried at 7:30 PM, the first sensation of SP was much before, but the total numbness was 1 hour and a half later.

Try getting about 6 hours of sleep.
Get up and stay a wake for a few minutes and then attempt to WILD.
It will be a LOT easier to get into SP.
      GuitarShot100 and faceonmars like this.
