Less sleep = less rem, right? |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
Yes... if you were to skip one nights sleep then the next night you would have REM rebound. The problem is the timing of the rebound. REM rebound is mainly used for WILDing. If you were to stay up one night, then go to bed the next, the REM rebound would be with the very first sleep cycle. And there's where the problem lies. It's nearly impossible to WILD straight from wakefulness... even after skipping one nights rest. So you would have the rebound before you're even able to WILD... The ideal thing to do is take some REM suppressors before bed, then wake up after 2-4 sleep cycles. It's at this time that you will have a rebound. Hope this helps! |
