Hi again, I just want to ask if I can get LD via using WILD technique when iam lying with my hand under head, because its comfortable way of sleeping for me. Can I still get sleep paralysis when I have my head on my hand (under pilow) |

Wait.. I thought that you had to have your arms at your side and your legs straight out... Can you WILD in any position? If you can then I can think of a lot more ways that's comfortable than what I've been doing.... |
|
So I can lay however I want until i can lay absolutly without moving? (btw thanks for previous answer) |
|
You can lay however you want, your position on the bed may only affect the sensations you feel. |
|
Okay thanks |

You can lay however you want. You also don't have to lay perfectly still. If you feel like moving to another position you can move. Moving too much will have a negative effect but some movement is OK. |

In my experience, the WILD techniques are most effective when your body is in the most comfortable position possible. Everyone's comfortable positions are different, but mine is lying on my side with my leg thrown over a pillow. |

I don't have WILDs often, but I have had some with my hand under my head. So it shouldn't be a problem if you are comfortable when you lie this way. |
