Well, have you tried IMMEDIATELY starting the cycle after waking up? I have a hard time believing that if you don't wait you don't fall asleep. |

I do the cycle as soon as I turn of my alarm clock :S |

go to sleep later at night. when your more tired. Or, make sure your room is in good temperature. not too hot. |

Actually, he's got a great point. I find it much easier to sleep when its cold. That's why I always have my fan on at night. |

Have you tried types of relaxation tapes like Isochronic tones and such? Puts me out like a baby. |
