      How do I improve my LD rate, I use DILD currently

      My method is DILD. I rarely LD and I would like to have more. I cannot WILD and I cannot DEILD using alarms. Right now my rate seems like an LD every 10 days as a rough estimate. Does anyone have any ideas for how I could improve my LD rate? Below is my current method for DILD

      Ask yourself if your dreaming. Truly mean it and feel as if you might be dreaming. Look around for anything out of the ordinary. Then find something to read. Then grab something to see if it feels like its supposed to. I do this about every 15 minutes.

      There are a few things can help! Subliminal mesages, staying positive and motivated, writing more in your dream journal, and combining WBTB with your DILD technique. One lucid every 10 days is pretty good but hopefully you will start to get lucids a bit more frequent. Good luck

      use vitamin b6, the effect is incredible. It makes you more conscouse in your dreams and you are bound to do a reality check. Also recall is insanely detailed!!

      I know you will be too lazy like i was but DO IT.

      With a lucid every 10 days I wonder what quality these lucids are? For some reason I'm guessing they are on the low side, just because it's a pretty high frequency to be disappointed with. Have you thought about trying to make the ones you do have more rewarding?

      I also use vitamin b6... 100mg pills... just 1-2 hours before sleep. I recall more dreams and they are more vivid and of course this lead to have more LDs. Good Luck!

      i only dild aswell and i only use mantra's. i used to have them once a week if i was lucky. but so far this week ive had a lucid dream every second night.
