Well I had this idea, like you know how songs get stuck in your head? Or if you use a song for an alarm clock and then you hear it somewhere you immediately think of waking up? Well, maybe you could find a really catchy song and whenever you hear it think 'Do a reality check' so eventually you automatically think that, and then like if you hear that song in your dream youll do a RC and become lucid. Just a thought.(:

Anything can be used for an RC. It's best to find something that works for you, something you will recognize because it has meaning or stands out as easily recognizable. Give it a try and report results. I know I always have music in my dreams. Still, I doubt I would want to integrate "I'm Sexy And I Know It" into my dreams... Might look for a catchy song that doesn't imply a meaning that your dream can latch onto.

I used to listen to music while I was sleeping and had lots of dreams where my dream characters would start singing the music that was being played at that moment I never got an LD out of it, though.
