      All the sudden..

      What could cause me to go from haveing no dreams at all for years to having night after night of LD and WILDS? There has been no signifigant change in my life .

      Most probably your mindset and practicing something you don't even realise you're doing. Self awareness is one. There are various ways someone can go about this; consciously or subconsciously monitoring your thoughts, body awareness, sense awareness, environmental awareness to list a few.
