Deild question.

Is it ok if i use an alarm to attempt deild? I have an alarm on my ipod that turns itself off after about 3 seconds. Thanks in advance.

For DEILD you need to stay perfectly still after you wake up from your dream. It's going to be rather difficult getting back to sleep if the alarm's going off and you can't move to turn it off!

EDIT: Actually I hadn't realized you could have alarms that turn themselves off until I read about that somewhere else. If you have that, then yeah it would work well!

I do this every night and it works excellent. I recommend learning to wake up first and opening your eyes (its harder than you think cause if you do it wrong you just fall asleep)
