      Question Trouble attaining sleep paralysis

      i have been trying on and off for a couple months now and i cant get past the feeling of numbness in my legs. What am i doing wrong?

      Start meditating during the day and you will be able to relax further. Also try longer, don't give up if you think it's been 20mins and it's not working
