Thanks everyone for responding so quickly!

Well to start off, I was introduced to Lucid dreaming about 6 months ago after I had done some research on Binaural Beats. I tried and tried and tried for about 2 months with no luck so I gave up About three days ago I saw a youtube video about Lucid Dreaming and it re sparked my interest. That nigh in bed i simply said "I will remember my dreams." and the next morning I had VERY VIVID dream recall. I decided to start a dream journal since that supposedly helps. I was very excited because 1, when you remember your dreams it makes you much more well slept because the sleep feels much longer (personally) and 2 the dream was amazing... I could even remember the emotions in it such as love.

Last nigh I couldn't wait to go to sleep, not so much for Lucid Dreaming, but more for dream recall. I went to bed saying to myself "I will remember my dreams." and listening to a Lucid Dreaming binaural beat. Unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with nothing to put in my dream journal

Awww don't worry about it at all! Seeing as you've just come back to start lucid dreaming again, it's perfectly natural to have off days. The only important thing is that you don't lose motivation, because once that happens, everything can go downhill. Just remember to think positive and that you WILL make it.

Also, I see you've signed up for the Intro Class! Great job, the Intro Class is really a good place to start, whether you're really new, or getting back in the game.
I'm looking forward to seeing you around

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
