      Congrats. There's proof SP isn't scary. We need to break the pre-conception coz it's simply untrue.

      Yeah haha. When you google sleep paralysis and you read all these scary stories, ofcourse it scares you. And when you think negatively, your sleep paralysis will most likely be negative. You just gotta stay positive and nothing scary will happen.
