Last night I decided to try this out, I lied down, listened to soft music to relax and keep track of how long its been. After the 5th song I was in partial sleep parlysis (I could break it easily and it made it easier to keep still) It was scary/awesome I layed there for a good 45 minutes, nothing else happened. What am I doing wrong? How do I have a LD or OBE once im in SP? |
