One days of fasting to get lucid dreams

Only do this twice a week. If you are under 18 don't do this as fasting stops IGF-1 being produced.

What you do is eat a lot during 9am to 1pm. Try and get in 3,200 calories if you are a male. Then, you don't eat until 2 days later. The first night you shouldn't really sleep that much and you shouldn't be hungry. The next day you should be hungry, but just keep with it.

The next day night you should experience nightmares. Very vivid nightmares, this might not be true for everyone but you can google nightmares+fasting. The thing is when you dream about eating you just do the check if you are lucid dreaming and that's it, also every time you eat you should check if your dreaming.

Word of warning if you don't like nightmares don't do it. I've had dreams where I'm getting killed by my family or my nephew is dead. So word of warning you get nightmares and not pleasant dreams if fail checking to see if your dreaming.

Also, try to drink water, but not too much water. The first time I did this six months ago I drank a ton of water and it gave me diarrhoea.

This is an interesting concept, but i wouldn't try it. xD Its not worth basically depriving your self of your body's natural needs and experiencing horrific nightmares. I would think the other methods are much safer and much more effective. You don't have to experience nightmares with the other methods either xD

Interesting indeed. I personally wouldn't try this either, because I'm a bit sickly and don't wanna risk anything. I'm also swamped with school so I couldn't do it even if I wanted to.

I'd be interested to know how this works for others though, if they decide to try it out.

      Good luck, stay safe!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

There are people who fast regularly, for religious or medical reasons. I wonder what their experiences are.
