Hello, ive been trying to lucid dream for a month or so now, trying for two months before, but with no luck. I been asking around here and have received some good advice, but i just want some more opinions. here is what ive been doing to LD.

Ive been practicing this, after reading Yoshis post for the majority of each day i try to notice and feel everything possible. I see myself blinking, feel the ground and my shoes, here as much as possible, feel my clothes on my body.
-Dream Journal
i wasnt doing this originally because i could remeber two to three dreams a night without it, even being able to remeber my dreams from the morning at night without trying to do so earlier. I just started dream journaling for three nights now.

ive tryed wilding but havent put in much effort when i wake up at 4 in morinign.(im tired) so i need to work on that.
i remeber my dreams but they dont seem to clear, so if you guys could give me some help it would be GREATLY appreciated. Oh yeah, last night i had an unusual occurance. For some reason i felt sudden control of myself in my dream and was able to do something for minute in my dream(no RC no thinking it was a lucid dream), with it then returning to being a normal dream. So if guys have an advice on how to acheive lucidity or make my dreams clearer i would appreciate it.
EDIT-sorry, but i just forgot to ask, i heard that watching TV before bed greatly reduces your chances of LDing because it causes something in your brain to focus on emotions instead of creative,critical thinking. Is this true?
