      Title says it all, if I lucid dream tonight I will not masterbate for a month and there's no way I can stop it!

      How about if you do lucid dream you get to masterbate. And if you don't lucid dream, then you don't.

      The use of pleasure After a lucid dream, to treat the mind, has been shown to produce results. Not masturbating after a lucid dream would just counteract it, and probably not help any.
