Lucky! You should ask her for some tips on how to do it as well :3 |

Since I undertook learning about lucidity I told my girlfriend all about it who wasn't nearly as stoked as me however I really wanted her to try to learn this whole thing. Anyways, her dream recall is amazing. I don't think in the year I've been with her she hasn't remembered a dream, without even keeping a dream journey or thinking much about it. |

Getting over the adrenaline rush of realizing your dreaming takes time. I have had hundreds of lucid dreams and yet I still get that rush of excitement when it happens. The difference is I have, ingrained in my psyche, a visceral sense that I should remain calm. |

Nightmares are awesome if your into lucid dreaming! Your dreams are more vivid, and there is a little bit more awareness, or maybe that's just how it is with me.. I love nightmares.. |

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.
It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.
haha she suffers from a bit of anxiety and dreads nightmares and dreaming because of this however I think if she worked on becoming lucid more it could assist in it all. I think the more I talk about it, the more into the whole thing she gets which is cool. I can't say I'm not jealous haha. |

She's lucky! Some people are just naturally gifted at it while others work harder. It's pretty unfair, but don't let unmotivated you. You will get there eventually, hopefully soon! |

I tried so hard for the last month... o___o] I told my best friend and girlfriend about my newfound interest in lucid dreaming and suddenly, the next two days they BOTH have a lucid dream. |
