      Is this a WILD?

So, so far, I've had two lucid dreams. The first one, woke up at 7:00, played some games, slept at 11:00, kept telling myself I was dreaming, then boom, I woke up in my bedroom, but I realized I was in this dream body, and I could feel my real body still on the bed.

The second time, I woke up 9:00, went back to sleep at 10:30, and I began having these like 3 -minute short dreams and then in one of them, I remembered that I was dreaming and I woke up at my bedroom.

Both of these, I made sure to stay still, I felt tingly feelings all over me which I presumed was the entrance into sleep paralysis, but I never felt the "transition" or "imagintation of a scene" from a normal WILD. How do I get lucid dreams easier? Both required at least 30 minutes of effort. How long does it take to achieve the average WILD?

For a dream to be a WILD, you can't lose consciousness for longer than few seconds between being awake and waking up in a dream. From what you describing, it sounds like you had DILDs, even though you tried to have WILDs. And that can happen, because of your intent to have a LD. So congrats on that!

Here are some great articles that will teach you about all things WILD. And I would suggest, you have some more DILDs, before you dedicate your time to only WILDs. Check out some DILD tutorials in DV Wiki. Happy dreams
