Don't get my wrong. I have read pretty much everything about it and have had lucids.
The thing is I that people do different things throughout the day to ensure lucidity.
When you have the whole day ahead of you, what's your plan?

Oh gosh, please take a nap. 1-3 hours after you woke up. WILD, baby! I wish it was morning here already so I could WILD too.

Hmmm, not sure if my answer would fit your schedule since i become lucid mostly during naps and my sleeping schedule is weird, but i'll post anyways.
But anyways in short, i wake up, write DJ entry there on dreamviews, then after i am done posting and checking stuff i relax on the couch and watch some videos till nap, pretty important step for me personally because otherwise i end up being too awake, i do first nap usually ~4-5 hours after waking up, plus one or two more naps sometime after it, time happens to be somewhat different depending on the length of first nap and whether i have time or feel like going for another one. Right before nap i type out my goals into text file on PC, that helps me recall waking life in the dream, also i do some mantras and visualization when starting nap. I either get WILDs or DILDs during naps, but either way having success with this schedule. Other than that i just randomly do reality checks through the day whenever i feel like doing them and do some more mantras/visualization before going to sleep.
Hope that helps, anyways, but remember that you should not rely on someone else's plans much, each person has to find his/her own way to lucid dreaming, there's no plan that is fitting for everyone and to get the best out of lucid dreaming you should build your own personal plan that fits you.
      Good luck!

      Thanks for the replies!
Sadly it's not possible for me to take a morning nap during weekdays.
I always find it interesting that so many people seem to have fair amounts of success with WILD as I have never been close despite many attempts. I haven't even experienced hypnagogic imagery in my life.

      Aw, I feel for you

have you tried this WILD (sageous) tutorial? Check it out and compare to your attempts. I'm sure you will succeed.

But, you don't always get HH. Sometimes you enter WILD differently. Sensations, HH and types of entry into WILD.

If you don't have time for naps, you could give a try for WBTB/WILD using tutorial gab posted and/or DEILD http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...me-ld-god.html .
Also don't worry about not feeling/seeing HH or transition, i often don't feel transition at all but i still get WILDs.

Wow, that looks awesome! I will definitely take a look at that, and if possible for me (I'm sure it will be), try it with WBTB.

I will of course also check out Dutchraptor's Deild Guide - Become an Ld god. I have had one successful DEILD.

Thanks again to the both of you

get out there and enjoy your day and maybe practice a few reality checks. go to bed at a decent time and once you wake up from your first dream cycle, write down some keyphrases about it in your dream journal, get up go take a piss and get a drink of water. lay back down and relax and start using your favorite mantra and hopefully not get insomnia at this point.
