Like most people I started off with MILD and mantras e.g "I will wake up after every dream and remember my dream" and then I moved onto "I will wake up after my dream remember my dream and return to that dream aware I am dreaming" and this worked about one Lucid Dream every 10 days which is really good but I wanted more so I decided to "holy grail" of Lucid Dreaming WILDing I had one a week for about 2 months but I knew this technique while can be extremely powerful (specially with DEILD) it wasn't for me so I did some All Day awareness and that worked I still do it I got to about 2 lucid dreams a week after practicing for 2 months but again I wanted more so I started reading books (7 habits of highly successful people) and confidence really stuck out to me I decided that I was gonna be confident in everything I do (not just LDing) by the end of the first week I was having 4 lucids a week on average and it stayed that way and I can't be more happy .
