Hello fellow dreamers..

I thought about this.. tried it.. and it WORKED.
I had 3 long vivid lucid dreams, with FULL control last night, and this is how I did it..

But first, a story.. (yay, story time)
Okay, so I am having these insane mood swings lately.. it seems I am bi-polar.. One moment I'm fine, and the other mad as hell, wanting to rip my face off.

So last night, I got REALLY angry over nothing, and I noticed that when I am angry, I THINK a lot faster, I am more AWARE, and I am in FULL control of my mind and body.
I am a stutterer, I stuttered since I was little, not so much, but still it happens, and it bothers me. When I am angry, I talk SO fluently, even more fluently than my friends.

So here it goes.
ANGER is your ENERGY.
ANGER is your friend, if you know how to USE it correctly.
ANGER is a double edged sword, BUT if you just know how and when to use it, you can wield that sword to your advantage.
So come with me, come to the insane side, and master the art of ANGER.

Notice when you are angry, you get better observation skills, you are more aware of yourself, more aware of your surroundings, you notice more details, your heart beats faster, your pupils dilate and your mind catches on fire, FIRE you can CONTROL.

Now, when we are angry, we get a boost of adrenaline, it makes us wanna hit stuff, run fast, scream out loud, break something, CHANNEL all of the energy and get rid of it.
So what's the trick ?

It's really simple, before sleep, sit on your bed and think of everything that makes you angry. GET MAD, GET INSANE !! Get so angry that your muscles start twitching, that you start hissing on yourself, that you HATE everything AROUND YOU. Just FEEL that energy flow through you, and feel your heart beating like insane in your chest. Clench your hands into fists and feel the anger build up in you wanting to flow out, wanting to destroy something, someone.

Think of all the people that make you angry, think of this short sad life, think of stupid and ignorant people, think how you are sitting there doing nothing about it, think think think, and get reallllyyy angry.
You will notice how you are 200% more aware then you were and how you start noticing all the sounds and shadows.. and even the smallest detail.
BUT
Don't channel the energy just yet.. instead.. just fall asleep.. as much as you want to let it all out, don't, let it build up and flow through you, until you are fallen asleep.

You are bound to have a long vivid lucid dream.
