I have noticed several times that when I really pay attention to my Dream Journal and write down dreams several mornings in a row, I have started to get lucid dreams after only a week. |

Not just the action, but rather mindset. |

I know in ETWOLD SLB states that after one week's dream recall and journaling, some people may be having lucid dreams already before actually trying techniques. |

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.
Also i think if you spend like 3-5 minutes journaling after every dream, and if you can do it 3+ times a night, that is almost like multiple short WBTBs. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
