We generally use the intro zone for introducing ourselves, etc. Yours is a great template and I think I'll move it to the attaining lucidity section and we can leave it as a template for others to look at. It might be best to use the DVA workbooks to track progress or to post this directly as journal entry because then you will be able to edit it later. To post the same entry as a journal entry, you can use the button "Copy to DJ" on the left corner of your post.

Thanks for the help, i had completely forgot that after a while you cannot edit your threads, stupid me. I was planning on using the notebooks for tracking my progress, but i wanted more accesibility and a place to ''store'' things i would like to look into in the future.
