Im not very sure on how ADHD and dreams work.... Does this influence your dreaming/sleeping in any way? Anyway, a week is not enough. You will have to keep at it, and dont forget the Journal!

One word. Mediation. I have mild-moderate ADD and it seems to dampen this effect, and helps to clear your mind. I'm not sure how much this will work for someone who has a more severe attention deficit than me. Another way to be able to focus more clearly is to get a piece of paper (or open a word-processing program on computer) and write down whatever is on your mind, until your mind gets cleared up. If you keep yourself to a regimen of writing and meditating, you may find that your mind is considerably more clear.

Then you can better focus on lucid dreaming.

If meditation is working out for you, i'd say go for it!
