To add to what Zoth said, i suggest you to still write dreams, unless you have near-perfect recall that would last for long time. Dream journals are not only used for recall, but by writing/typing dreams you think about them more, analyzing them, you think about lucidity as well, thinking about what you would have done at various points of them if you were lucid, or alternate ways you would have done it if you were already lucid, and all that helps increasing chance to get lucid overall.
