i have been trying to attain lucidity for months and i think ive gotten there, but when i realize im dreaming i always end up in a creepy setting that i guess i made up. so naturally the first thing i think of is something scary enough to wake me up and try all over again. how can i stop this!!!!!!! im so close!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. i need good pointers because i scared myself so bad the other night i havent been able to sleep for almost five days... any tips,pointers, help in general would be great!!!!! i dont want to have antother night mare that is my fault..
