To get yourself more Lucid Dreams, you should look into the timing of your WBTB compared to when you went to sleep. If you go to sleep at the same time you did on the day you got your WBTB, you might want to start going to bed earlier to try and gain the same timing. For example, if you went to sleep at midnight, and then had a WBTB at 5am, you would want to offset the hours to fit. So you would go to sleep at 10pm, and have a WBTB at 3am, so you spend the same amount of hours in bed each time.
Don't forget to mix your WBTB with other techniques such as Reality Checks or the WILD technique! Good luck!
