      Question About WBTB

      Hello, i wanted to ask you guys: i gained my first LD when i used WBTB and after the lucid i woke up at about 8 in the morning, now that i have to go to school, i wake up at 7 in the morning and go to school, so was it just random that i had my lucid at 8 in the morning or is this my usual lucid time? I want to know because i want to have lucids even before school, thank you

      To get yourself more Lucid Dreams, you should look into the timing of your WBTB compared to when you went to sleep. If you go to sleep at the same time you did on the day you got your WBTB, you might want to start going to bed earlier to try and gain the same timing. For example, if you went to sleep at midnight, and then had a WBTB at 5am, you would want to offset the hours to fit. So you would go to sleep at 10pm, and have a WBTB at 3am, so you spend the same amount of hours in bed each time.

      Don't forget to mix your WBTB with other techniques such as Reality Checks or the WILD technique! Good luck!

      Sorry to hijack, but how can you do a WBTB naturally? I am having a hell of a time finding information on that.

      I know of 2 ways - you can drink a glass of water before bed - that will make you wake up after each REM period feeling like you need to go to the bathroom - or you can set your intent to wake after each REM period using a mantra and/or by writing your intent in your DJ. Heck, do all 3!
