Usually to reality check I'll attempt to move objects with my mind. I remember reading somewhere a while back that when trying to do something in a dream you should copy a character from a book or movie. Wanna fly? Do that get down on one knee thing like Neo from the Matrix or push my palm outward to move something away like I'm using the force. Anyway this usually works except after I realise I'm dreaming I try to move on to my next objective but then I lose control or wake up. Maybe I need to try something else? Slow down a little maybe?..
